Immigration Officers will visit our campus. Please make it to Video Conference Room at the Immigration Service session and apply for your Alien Registration Card.

When: 4th September, 09:30-17:00 (Please arrive before 16:00)

Where : Video Conference Room (Yulgok Hall #151)

Required documents :

1. Passport

2. Copy of Passport and Visa (front page of your passport showing your photo and the visa page)

3. 1 color photo (size:3.5cm*4.5cm) - white background

4. Application form for foreign registration

5. Certificate of Enrollment(issued at Ajou Service Center, KRW 500)

6. Fee - KRW 30,000

- Preparing copy of Passport and Visa,Certificate of Enrollment, 1 Color photo / fill out Application form that day. If you have any further questions or need any help, Feel free to drop by our office \

- Plus, at that day (alien registration), there will be another services regarding Extension of Visa and Change of Visa (Only, D4 --> D2. limited for students who get D4 Visa when you entered Ajou Language Institute)
