Gyeonggi Province Free Legal Consultation Office

Gyonggi Province Free Legal Consultation Office provides legal aid to foreign residents.

The Gyeonggi Province Free Legal Consultation Office has 151 personnel (80 attorneys, 30 judicial scriveners, 41 licensed tax accountants and others).

1. Consultation place: Gyeonggi Provincial Government Complex, online

2. Consultation areas: Civil, criminal, labor, taxation, etc.

3. Consultation schedule: weekdays from 10:00am to 17:00pm

Free Litigation Support

1. Eligibility: Vulnerable individuals / low-income recipients among registered foreign residents

2. Selection criteria: Viable cases

3. Support range: Attorneys\\' fees (except nominal fee litigation)

4. Support areas: Civil litigations (petitioner/defendant). application complications, illegal agency collections

*In November of 2011, a Russian woman whose husband had died received aid from the Gyeonggi Province Free Legal Consultation Office through this support program.
