[Others] Global Culture's Festival in Seoul

1. What to achieve

○ provide Koreans and non-Koreans with a ground for cultural interactions and harmonization.

○ present Korea\'s vision for an advanced global country in front of Koreans and non-Koreans; and promote the image of mature world-class Korea where diversity is cherished.

 

2. What to do

□ Together Day Main Ceremony

○ When : May 15, 2012(Tue), 14:00∼14:35

○ Where : Yeongdeungpo Art Hall

○ Participants : marriage immigrants and families, international students, Koreans with foreign nationality, others

○ Major contents

- congratulation show by Dudrak, welcoming remarks by chief of Seoul

immigration office, etc.

-  performance by multicultural children\'s chorus ,global cultural parade, etc.

 

□ Global Culture\'s Festival

○ When : May 15, 2012(Tue), 14:35∼15:50

○ Where : Yeongdeungpo Art Hall

○ Whom : everyone (Koreans and non-Koreans)

○ Major contents : talk concert, global traditional costume fashion show, show by international performance teams (African dance, Chinese  lion dance, Philippines traditional dance, etc.)

 

□ Others

○ Multicultural Bazaar ( childrens’ clothes, etc) after finishing the global culture’s festival
