INFORMATION FOR PREVENTIVE VACCINATION, IN 2012

    *Be sure to confirm Attachment File for instruction before application. 

1.   This Health Center is scheduled to conduct preventive vaccination for the students and the teaching staffs in 2012 in order to maintain and enhance their health.

2.   Any students and teaching staffs including university personnel who wish to receive vaccination service is requested to take the following procedure.

      a)   Preventive vaccination items : uterine cervical cancer, A-type hepatitis ,B-type hepatitis, MMR(Measles, Mumps, Rubella), chicken pox

  b)   Date/time of scheduled vaccination
