Place: Park Bandal, Yeongtong, Suwon (next to Suwon Immigration Office)
Host: Suwon Immigration Office & Yeongtong Social Welfare Facility
Expected guest: All foreigners who are staying in Korea (Students, Workers, Migrants, Engineers
