An event is held to award and encourage Ajou's long-serving staff members
[16.07.20]
On the morning of July 11th, an event was held to award and encourage long-serving staff members in the President's Office at Ajou University. During the event, President Dong Yeon Kim and professors with administrative positions, including Executive Vice President Kyung Hee Choi, shared their appreciation with the staff members and congratulated them on winning their awards.
The event was attended by nine of the twelve eligible staff members, excluding those who went on sick leaves, etc. The participants, who are listed below, received certificates of award and additional prizes.
▲ Awardee for 30-year service: Kwon Ki Kim (Facilities Management Team)
▲ Awardees for 20-year service: Ki Moon Kim (University Development Team), Young Hwa Yoon (Purchasing and Property Management Team), Eun Kyu Lee (Academic Affairs Team), Mal Hee Jung (Academic Office of the Graduate School of Business Administration), and Sung Ho Jean (Academic Office of the College of Social Sciences)
▲ Awardees for 10-year service: Ja Young Koo (Academic Office of the Dasan University College), Kyung Hyo Kim (Information System Team), Jum Young Kim (General Affairs Team), Jun Yeob Song (Academic Office of the Dasan University College), Nam Kyung You (Academic Affairs Team), and Heung Rak Jung (Academic Information Team)
President Kim gave words of encouragement to each and every one of the award-winning members and said, "Today's event is to acknowledge staff members who have committed themselves to Ajou for many years. I ask that you continue to strive for the development of the University."
