The ‘Conversation with Professors’ event is held at Ajou to celebrate Teacher’s Day

On the occasion of Teacher’s Day on May 15th, the ‘Conversation with Professors’ event was held on the lawn in front of Ajou University's Seongho Hall.
 
 
It marked the ninth annual event of its kind, which is designed to provide students and professors with opportunities for casual conversations outside the classroom. About 100 people, including the President, professors, and students from the University, took part through prior applications on the University website for ten days from May 3rd. Students attached carnation corsages to the professors along with offering their words of appreciation and enjoying conversations with professors in a relaxed setting.
 
 
Earlier in the day, President Dong Yeon Kim had a luncheon with students from the General Student Council to commemorate Teacher’s Day. President Kim suggested, "We can have different views, but let us understand each other and strive for the development of the University."
 
 
Students said, "We will relay student opinions to the University as they are," expressing their appreciation to the President by saying, "We are pleased to see the University continue its development."
