'Ajou Brown Bag Classic Lecture' kicks off the first of ten lectures

The '2016 Ajou Brown Bag Classic Lecture' opened with its first session of the year.

Professor Byoung Hoon Lee (University College) gave the first one-hour lecture on The Overcoat by Nikolai Gogol, known as a master of Russian realism, which was attended by about 40 students. Professor Lee briefly introduced Gogol and then explained the psychological conflict of Akaky, the main character in the story, and the personal and social significance of his death, etc.

'Ajou Brown Bag Classic Lecture' is held at noon every Tuesday for about 50 minutes during the semester. Students wishing to attend the event should go to Room 303 of the University’s Seongho Building, and prior application is not necessary. Lunch boxes are prepared for all participants attending the lecture.
