Ajou’s Professor Hyeong Ohk Bae receives the Minister of Education Award for his excellent achievements in the Academic Research Support Project

Ajou University’s Professor Hyeong Ohk Bae received the Minister of Education Award for his excellent achievements in the 2014 Academic Research Support Project.


On the morning of December 28th, the Award was presented in the President's Office by Ajou’s President Dong Yeon Kim to Professor Bae on behalf of the Minister of Education. Regarding Professor Bae’s award-winning, the Ministry of Education said, “There have been few mathematical analyses in the field of non-Newtonian fluid despite its importance. Professor Bae’s academic achievements are almost unrivaled and very creative within the country, and we look forward to the application of his findings to financial mathematics.”


The award aims to promote researchers' morale and encourage their continued research and development by acknowledging excellent achievements in the Academic Research Support Project, which was organized in 2014 by the Ministry of Education. The awardees were selected through a public verification of outstanding research findings, which were released in 2014.
