Ajou's Min Cheol Oh wins the Excellent Paper Presentation Award from the Korean Powder Metallurgy Institute

Ajou University's Min Cheol Oh (combined master's and doctorate program, Department of Energy System Research of the Graduate School, pictured above) won the Shinhan Diamond Excellent Paper Presentation Award at the Fall Conference of the Korean Powder Metallurgy Institute (KPMI). The Conference was held in Yeosu from November 4th to the 6th.


The Award is presented to two paper presenters from among those who participate in the Conference with the sponsorship of Shinhan Diamond. Oh is under the guidance of Professor Byung Min Ahn and the award-winning paper is entitled "Analysis of Forging Features of Commercial Ferrous Powder Alloy by Added Elements That Are Used to Develop High Strength Steel Connecting Rods."

 
The research was conducted with the support of the Industry-Academia Technology Development Project carried out by the University's LINC Project Group, and it is set to be published in the KPMI Journal that is registered in the Korea Citation Index.
