Ajou's Graduate School of Public Affairs holds the Journalism School for Suwon City officials [16.09.20]


Ajou University Graduate School of Public Affairs holds the Journalism School for Suwon City officials, which is to improve the ability of Suwon City officials in promoting municipal administration to the public.


The school aims to improve communication between the local government and the citizens with a total of eighty officials participating. The one-month program began on September 19th.


Subjects of the program include: Strategic importance of promoting local government administration and how to use friendly terms to the public; Strategic planning and usage of press releases; and Strategic policy promotion through SNS, etc. Ajou University professors and journalists from local media will serve as lecturers.


At the school, Suwon City officials are expected to learn vocabulary friendly to the public and how to effectively utilize press releases and SNS in their works.
