대학원 인공지능학과 및 SW학과에서는 'AI대학원/SW학과 의료인공지능 세미나'를

* Abstract: 

In this talk, Dr. Dokyoon Kim explores the evolving landscape of precision medicine, emphasizing the integration of polygenic risk scores (PRS), electronic health record (EHR)-linked biobank data, proteomics, and single-cell cytometry to enhance disease risk prediction and patient stratification. Dr. Kim presents recent advances in the application of PRS across various diseases, including cardiovascular conditions and autoimmune disorders, and highlights how combining genetic risk with lifestyle and proteomic data improves clinical insights. The talk introduces innovative tools such as cyMAE, an accurate and interpretable autoencoder for high-dimensional cytometry data, and MAESTRO, a novel self-supervised transformer model that captures immune system complexity through set-based learning. These technologies address critical challenges in immune profiling and enable robust predictions across multiple disease contexts. By bridging multi-modal data and machine learning, this work aims to accelerate the translation of complex biological data into actionable strategies for personalized diagnosis and therapy.
