< 2023학년도 독감 예방접종 시행 안내>
1. 2023년 인플루엔자 유행에 대비하여 교내 독감 예방접종을 실시하고자 합니다. 코로나와 독감이 함께 유행할 수 있으므로 같이 걸리면 중증도가 높아져 위험합니다. 독감 예방접종하시기 바랍니다.
2.접종을 희망하시는 교직원 및 대학(원)생 등 교내 구성원께서는 아래 내용을 참고하시어 독감예방접종을 신청하신 후 접종 받으시기 바랍니다.
수량이 한정되어있는 관계로 신청기간 내에 신청하지 못 한 경우에는 접종할 수 없습니다.
가.신청기간: 9월 1일 ~ 9월 8일
나.접종일시: 10월4일(수) ~ 10월6일(금) 3일간
다.시간: 13:00 ~ 15:30 (2.5시간)
라.장소:아주대학병원 웰빙센터4층(건강증진센터)
마.접종대상:교직원 및 대학(원)생 –선착순600명(가족접종 불가)
(*접종시 반드시 주민등록증 or 운전면허증 지참(주민등록번호 나온걸로)
바.접종비: 본인부담. 백신종류: 지씨플루 4가이며 26,000원(추정이며 종류와 가격은 변동될 수 있습니다)
(홈피에서 9월 1일~8일에 신청하신 분은 10월 4일~6일 웰빙센터에서 접수 후 수납하고 접종)
사.신청방법:보건진료소 프로그램 이용
아주홈피->대학생활->학생지원->보건진료소->진료신청방법의 바로가기 클릭→보건소 신청→보건구분(예방접종 신청)→신분구분→
일정구분(2023학년도 독감예방접종 신청)→신분 번호→신청→
개인정보 동의 → 신청완료 클릭
* 대학생활에서 보건진료소가 보이지 않는다면 아주홈피→PORTAL→주요사이트→부속기관→보건진료소
* 신청확인방법: 신청화면 아래 신분구분과 신분번호를 입력 후 확인을 누르면 보건진료신청자 확인 명단이 보여지며, 본인의 신청내용을 확인할 수 있습니다.
* 교직원ID가 부여되지 않은 연구원은 신분구분에서 외부인으로 신청하시면 가능합니다.

2023 Flu Vaccination Schedule and Information
1. Health Care Center notifies the faculty, staffs and students of Ajou University of the flu vaccination schedule and information in preparation for the coming flu season.
2. Please refer to the following information and get a Flu vaccine
A. Date: 4 October ~ 6 October (except holidays)
B. Time: 13:00 ~ 15:30
C. Place: Welling Center 4th of the Ajou University Hospital
D. Eligible People: faculty, staffs and students of Ajou University
E. Cost:about 25,800 won
(*The original cost for a flu vaccine is 40,000 won in other medical centers.)
F. Application period & process:1 September ~ 8 September, 18:00
(Applications will be accepted through the Internet only!!)

② Healthcare Classification (vaccination check up) → Occupational Status (Undergraduate / Graduate) → Healthcare Available (2023 Flu vaccination) →Identification NO. → Application

3. Information on Flu Vaccination
A. You should pay the cost on the day you get a vaccine.
B. This year's vaccine is a four vaccine which can prevent 4 types of influenza including H1N1 virus. (One flu vaccination for a year is recommended. Therefore, you need to get a shot this year even though you got one last year.)
C. You should be vaccinated if you belong to the high-risk groups.
D. You should be vaccinated before visiting countries like India, New Zealand and Thailand. (recommendation of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
4. Caution (people in the following conditions should not be vaccinated.)
A. People who have a severe allergy to chicken eggs.
B. People who have a fever
C. People who have had a severe reaction to an influenza vaccination
D. People who are in the first stage of the pregnancy
5. Tips for Influenza Prevention
A. The elderly and people with chronic medical conditions should undoubtedly get a flu vaccine.
B. Wash your hands often and keep yourself clean and healthy.
C. Cover your mouth and nose with your clothes or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
D. Wear a mask when you have a respiratory disease(cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc) or fever.
E. Refrain from visiting crowded places during the flu season.
F. Go and see a doctor if you have any influenza-related symptoms
