A Teaching & Training Profession Committee and a Teaching Profession Committee are in operation to ensure that teacher development is systematic. Major issues are first discussed at the working level in Teaching Profession Committee and later deliberated on and decided by the Teaching & Training Profession Committee. This two-phase consultation and deliberation process reflects Dasan’s efforts to create an effective system for the development of teachers for the future.
