Pharmaceutical sciences is an interdisciplinary field that aims to integrate fundamental principle of pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences to understand how drugs work and translate this understanding into new and improved therapies against human disease. The undergraduate program at Ajou College of Pharmacy imparts to students the fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences through the rigorous course-work in pharmaceutics, chemistry, physiology, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapy. In addition, students learn the knowledge and skills to develop, integrate, and apply the foundational sciences to the provision of pharmaceutical care.
