On-Campus Immigration Service on March 16th, Spring 2017

 

On March 16th(Thu), there will be On-Campus Immigration service from Suwon Immigration Center.
It will provide 2 types of services (Alien Registration and Visa Extension) with limitation of 250 applicants (First come, First-served) on that day. Please come and apply for the services that you need.

 

- Date : Mar. 16th(Thu), 2017
- Time : 09:30– 16:00 (Lunch Break 12:00 ~ 13:00)
- Location : 
Auditorium Yulgok Hall

- Things to bring :


▶ Alien Registration for New students

 1. Application form (Report form for Foreign Registration) (Attached file)
 2. Color Photo (within 6 months, white background, 3.5cm * 4.5cm)
 3. Photocopy of Passport
 4. Photocopy of Visa
 5. Passport
 
 6. Certificate of Enrollment (500 KRW, issued from Ajou Service Center located in Student Union 1st floor)
 7. Issuance Fee : 30,000 KRW in cash
 8. Certificate of Health Check-up(TB Test) from Public Health Center (Attached file) : If you apply your visa to Korean Embassy after July 1st .2016, The Health check-up is exempted.

 

▶ Visa Extension for Enrolled Students

 1. Application form (Report form) (Attached file)
 2. Alien Registration Card
 3. Transcript (from Ajou Service Center, 500 KRW)
 4. Certificate of Enrollment (from Ajou Service Center, 500 KRW) or Certificate of Payment

 5. Certificate of Residence : Housing Contract or Certificate of Residence in Dormitory
- You can get the certificate of Residence in Dorm (limjeongmin@ajou.ac.kr / 031-219-2149)

6. Certificate of Health Check-up(TB Test) from Public Health Center (Attached file) : The TB test is exempted for students who submitted TB test when applying for extension of stay period or alien registration for the first time.

* Designated 18 countries : Nepal, East Timor, the Russian Federation, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Bangladesh,
Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, India, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Kirgizstan, Thailand, Pakistan, the Philippines

 7. Revenue Stamp (60,000 KRW) : Purchase “Revenue Stamp” at ‘Suwon Maetan-1dong Post Office”

- Address: 242, Jungbu-daero, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do

- By walk for 10 minutes from Main Gate of Ajou University

 

▶ Visa Extension for Students who completed required courses, for thesis

 1. Application form (Report form) (Attached file)
 2. Alien Registration Card
 3. Certificate of Completion (from Ajou Service Center, 500 KRW)
 4. Confirmation form for Faculty Advisor on a Student's Thesis Schedule (Attached file)
 5. Financial Certifications : Student’s Bank Statement worth about(issued within 30 days)

     (Tuition fee + Living fee(period of studying month) * 350,000KRW)

 6. Certificate of Residence : Housing Contract or Certificate of Residence in Dormitory
   - You can get the certificate of Residence in Dorm(limjeongmin@ajou.ac.kr / 031-219-2149)
