Application period for changing classes, Spring 2016

 

1. Application period for changing classes : Mar. 4th(Fri) ~ Mar. 8th(Tue), 2016

 

2. Subject : All subjects that offered in Graduate school

 

3. Procedure of application for changing classes

- Course Registration : Login to AIMS2 portal website - Academic Information for Graduate school - Class Info - Course Registration (Click the menu of Department/major & check the "open courses list") - Save - Confirm the information of Change of Classes

- After changing classes within the designated period(Mar.4th ~ Mar. 8th), students have to get a confirmation of classes again from applicable academic advisor. (If an academic advisor is not assigned, student should get the confirmation from Dean of the department)

- Before applying for  classes, students are required to confirm the credits for completion of each department and to check credits and courses to take from department office. This step will not cause any problems with graduation or completion of courses.

- After applying for classes, make sure to confirm the status of class registration to avoid the case of not receiving the credits at the end of the semester due to an error in class registration.
