Notice for Submission of Final Dissertation
(for those who are scheduled to graduate in February 2021)
1. Submission Process
1) Login to the Central Library website and click Online Thesis submission system(dCollection) (LINK at the bottom of the website)
2) Login (ID : Students ID No. / PW : Date of Birth(YY/MM/DD)
3) Upload the Original file of your Dissertation(Do not set up the password and security when you save the file)
4) Agree with CCL(Creative Commons License)
5) After approval from system administrator, print out your agreement on intellectual property rights and sign your own signature. (You can print it out at the menu named 'My Submission History' of the dCollection System.)
6) Submit the required documents including the thesis in book form to the Information Support room of the Central Library.
※ Before submitting the thesis in book form, you have to upload and approve the original file of your dissertaion on dCollection. Then you should submit your thesis, which is same with the thesis on dCollection system.
2. Required Documents
1) Thesis in book form(with signatures of the thesis reveiw committee) - 3 copies for Master's / 3 copies for Doctorate
2) Agreement on Intellectual property rights (with the submitter's signature) - can download after submitting the thesis on dCollection system
3) Author Permission Disagreement/Conditional Agreement Explanation (with the academic advisor's signature) - check the attachment file
3. Submission Period : from December 24th(Tue), 2020 through January 7th(Thu), 2021
4. Place of Submission : Information Support Room, 1st floor, Central Library (The South side of Library)
5. Time for Submission : From 10 am to 4 pm, on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
6. Online Thesis Submission system(dCollection) will be opened on December 22nd(Tue), 2020.
