■ 초록
Arithmetic statistics is a new branch of number theory where one studies statistical properties of arithmetic objects in families. In this talk, we introduce the following three topics in arithmetic statistics. No knowledge of number fields, elliptic curves or random matrices is assumed.
(1) Counting number fields by discriminant
(2) Distribution of rank and torsion subgroup of elliptic curves over Q
(3) Distribution of the cokernel of random p-adic matrices
