Notification for tuition payment and health insurance period

Dear GSIS students,

 

The GSIS academy committee decided that the following students on the below are qualified for Scholarship A, B and C for 2015 Fall Semester.

You can find the result of 2015-2 Scholarship screening in the .

Please refer the 2015 Fall semester tuition payment schedule at the below and pay for the tuition.

If you couldn’t pay tuition fee on the 1st tuition payment period,

Please drop by GSIS office and turn in the deferment form to extend your tuition payment with your signature no later than 21st of August, 2015 (Attached file 2)

-Wire transfer(To Woori bank)

Wire Transferring is only available during the bank open time.

(Mon. through Fri. 09:00 ~ 16:00)

 

 

All students can pick up the tuition bills at the GSIS office since 17th of August. In addition, the students who got the Scholarship A, KOICA students and NIIED(GKS) students don’t need to pay tuition fee, however, it is a mandatory procedure to get the stamp of confirm from the bank within the tuition payment period.  Please come to the office to print your bill and get the confirmation from the bank.

Or you can print the tuition bill by yourself from 17th of August. You can see a detailed description on the

 

Lastly, please note that all of students have to obtain the HEALTH INSURANCE for your safety. You can pay health insurance fee with tuition fee on first tuition payment period. (24th of August to 28th of August) (Attached file 4). If you cannot, please apply to insurance company individually no later than 11th of September.(Attached file 5 : How to apply the health insurance by self)

** Those of students who aren’t have insurance during 2015-2 semester CANNOT apply for 2016-1 semester scholarship and YOU CANNOT RECEIVE RECOMMENDATION FOR YOUR VISA EXTENTION**
