We would like to inform you of the updated course list and the detailed information for the course registration for exchange/visiting students in the spring 2015 semester. 

 

Updated course list

Several courses has been added and the updated course list can be downloaded from the website at http://www.ajou.ac.kr/en/international/inter21.jsp.

 

Course Registration Schedule

•       Course Registration:  Feb. 16 (starting at 10:00) to 17(23:59, Korean Time), 2015

•       Course Change(Add & Drop): Mar. 2(starting at 10:00) to 3 (23:59, Korean Time), 2015

•       Course Withdrawal: Mar. 19 to 20 (9:00~17:00) (Off-line)

 

Course Registration Website (Available for applicable period)

The course registration will be available on-line for the application period.

     The online course registration :  http://sugang.ajou.ac.kr/login_eng.jsp

This website is working on Windows system only and required to install Active-X control.

By using the Ajou student ID number and date of birth(yymmdd), you can log in the website to register the courses. If anyone doesn’t know Ajou ID number, please let us know. (Your ID number was written in the invitation letter.)

For Postgraduate student

Students who admitted to the postgraduate program at Ajou, having student ID number starting as 2015800XX, cannot use the online course registration system. Therefore, those students should fill out the off-line course registration form and email it to us within the deadline.

Students can download the off-line course registration for from the website at http://www.ajou.ac.kr/en/international/inter21.jsp and need to email it to us before Feb. 17.

As those students register the courses off-line, we cannot guarantee that they can apply the undergraduate courses as they wish due to the limited seats, but the courses in the graduate program can be registered as their preference.

So, we strongly recommend those students to submit the off-line course registration form before Feb. 16, so that OIA can help you to register the undergraduate courses at the same time with the other students.

The off-line course registration is only applied to postgraduate students and we do not accept undergraduate students’ off-line registration form.

 

Notices

Please note that seats in each course are limited and your course registration is processed on a first come first served basis. After course registration, course registration confirmation will be released during the spring 2015 Orientation Day for exchange students (Feb. 27).

In addition, there are some graduate courses offered in English by the Graduate School for exchange & visiting students. Please note that taking courses of the graduate programs should be approved ONLY by obtaining a professor’s permission on course approval form which can be downloaded from the website.

Lastly, please note course change will not be allowed until the change period (March 2 to 3). No request on the course change will be accepted by the office of International Affairs, and students should wait until the course change period.

We will be out of the office from Jan. 18 to 22 due to the Lunar New Year’s holiday. Therefore, please make sure you to apply the course registration in time, and the late application cannot be accepted.
