[Others] [Ajou] Join us for Ajou International Day 2012!!

Dear Ajou International Students,

Greetings from Office of International Affairs!

Ajou International Day will be held on November 1st(Thursday) on the Ajou university campus.

All international students are invited to participate in the Festival and add diversity to life at Ajou. This year’s event will include a variety of programs to help visitors and participants gain hands-on experience of Korean culture. The Festival offers the chance to explore various cultures of the world and enjoy an array of events and entertainments.

All international students at Ajou University are most welcome to join us and share the fun!!

1.     Date: November 1, 2012 (Thursday) 11:00am – 6:30pm

2.     Venue: Lawn behind the Gymnasium

3.     Eligibility: international students enthusiastic about sharing their cultures with friends from across the world

4.     How to Participate: Please refer to the attached information.

Ø  Download the application form attached and send it (booth, performance application) to the OIA via email.

Ø  E-mail:  ajouevent@ajou.ac.kr  (submission possible only through e-mail)

Ø  Due Date:  October 21(Sun)

* Please keep the deadline to facilitate the process!
