This is the final notice for Ajou International Day 2008.
 

1.      Venue  :  Lawn in front of Yulgok hall
Ÿ        We decided to have the festival at the lawn in front of Yulgok Hall as planned whether it rains or not.

2.      Weather Forecast

Ÿ        According to the weather forecast, we expect some rain overnight and continue through tomorrow. However, it will not be a heavy rain and we will provide the raincoat for the registered participants.

Ÿ        Due to the rain and the cold weather, we strongly encourage you to wear warm clothes, training shoes.

3.      Food Preparation  

1)     Cooking hour ( Hwahong Hall Kitchen )

Ÿ        Today – Wednesday (Nov.5)  16:00pm~22:00pm

Ÿ        Tomorrow – Thursday (Nov.6)  8:00am~10:00am

2)     Cooking space (Hwahong Hall Kitchen)

Ÿ        3F~5F, Hwahong Hall

Ÿ        Only Female students are available to use 2F, Hwahong Hall  

3)     Provided items by Ajou University

Ÿ        3m*3m booth, 1 table clothes, 1 table, 4 chairs per booth

Ÿ        Booth name tag and flag

Ÿ        T-shirts & Name tags only for the registered participants

Ÿ        Small disposable containers for free trial

-          Cup 200ea(2 types: big 100,small 100) per booth

-          Dishes(20cms) 100ea per booth

-          Chopsticks 100ea & Forks 100ea per booth

Ÿ        Water supply facility (Common Use), Electricity (Only at the stage)

4)      Food Warm-up

Ÿ        Kitchen in Hwahong Hall OR

Ÿ        Individual booths at the festival place (Available from 9:30 on Nov. 6)

Ÿ        Booth will constructed in the afternoon on Nov. 5(Wed.)

5)     Coupon for Food

Ÿ        The visitors can buy the coupon for food at the “Ticket Box” on the event place and exhibitors only can receive the coupon.

Ÿ        Please do not get the money from the visitors at the booth.

4.      Performance

Ÿ        If you want to use the music during your performance, please give the music file(MP3 etc.) to OIA Minty (incoming@ajou.ac.kr, 219-2923) within in Nov. 5 (Wed.)

Ÿ        Performance Time : 5~10 minutes per team

5.      Ajou University Souvenir Shop

Ÿ        During the Food festival, Ajou University Souvenir shop will be open at “Ajou University” Booth.

▶      The proceeds from the above items will be donated for the Ajou University Development. And the purchaser can be granted as a donator to Ajou University

6.      Survey of Ajou International Day 2008

Ÿ        The survey sheet will be distributed tomorrow at the end of the festival for making better Ajou International Day next time.

Ÿ        Please fill out the survey sheet and submit it to OIA or GSIS

Ÿ        If you have problems during the festival, team members should contact team leaders first.
