Dear Students

Apply and register application for 2019 Spring , pls find details below and make proceed it accordingly. 

1. Application period: 2019.01.14.  ~ 2018.01.18.
2. Additional application method
▶ Ajou website > Notice board: www.ajou.ac.kr/english or http://edorm.ajou.ac.kr
3. Available Floor
▶ Hwahong 2,4, beds & NID 2 beds.

▶ We inform you that you may be assigned with Korean students who apply to NID.

4. Registration Period and Payment Method
▶ Registration period:  2019.01.28. (Mon) ~ 02.01. (Fri)
▶ The account number will be printed the bill (Standard Chatered bank)

5. Dormitory fees
▶ Hwahong Hall (931,000 won -2 beds /631,000 won-4 beds)

▶ NID (1,216,000 won- 2beds)

6. Others

▶If you want to cancel your registration, you will be refunded 100% of the dormitory fee if you should cancel before 25,Mar for newly enter student & students who stay continuously from 1st semaster should cancel before 17, Feb.
▶Students who have passed TB test (one year valid) must submit their physical examination to the dormitory Office before entering

▶ Violators of dormitory regulations must leave.
