[Notice] 2022-1ST SEMESTER DORM FEE REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURES FOR MOVE OUT IN THE INTERIM

1. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURES


1) Access to https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr/main.do and log in with your user name and password.

2) Click "(New) Academic Affairs Information" to connect o Academic service.

3) Click "Application for Student Living".

4) Click "Refund Request"

5) Click "New".

6) Fill in the blanks, reason for Move Out, Refund Bank, Account Number, Account Holder Name.

   * Bank information is important, please confirm again whether if you entered the correct information before you click on "APPY".


* Note that bank should be based in Korea, we can't give the refund to the bank account overseas.


7) You should inform the dormitory coordinator that you applied for moving out in the interim and submitted the refund request from the system.

8) On the date of moving out, clean your room and pack all your belongings.

    -> Fill out the "Move Out note" at the inspector office window.

    -> Sumit it to the inspector, the inspector will enter 'the date of moving out' in his system.

    -> After all procedures are done, your dormitory fee will be refunded to the bank account, it will take 2~3 weeks.
