We understand that many students have experienced the errors due to the malfunction on the application system, we decided to extend the application period to 20 January 2022 for the international dormitory.

If the problems are still posed, please contact the Foreign coordinator by emailing at rebecca2109@ajou.ac.kr with below information.

1.   If you are an exchange student,
      1)   Email address (should be same as the email registered during your online application for your exchange student program)
      2)   Student ID number

2.   If you are a new undergraduate student
      1)   Application number

3.   If you are a new graduate student 
      1)   Graduate / GSIS / Law School
      2)   Application number
      3)   6 digitals of your date of birth

      4)   Area of recruitment
