[Notice] DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED PARCELS FROM 31ST OCT 2022

DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED PARCELS



  As there have been lots of uncollected parcels in our dormitories, we will dispose the parcels which have arrived at the dormitory more than 2 weeks ago. We would like to request you to pick up the parcels as soon as possible.


1. Planned date of disposal of uncollected parcels: October 31, 2022

2. Disposal Criteria: Parcels after 2 weeks more upon arrival

3. Reason to be disposed:

  - Due to cumulative parcels, difficulties of receiver recognition

  - Shortage of storage space for parcels

 

4. Others

  - Basically, residents are required to use unmanned delivery lockers, especially for the high-priced and fragile items.

  - Lobby and space for the unmanned delivery locker are the public area for all residents. Therefore, you have the responsibility to pick up your parcel upon arrival for everyone's convenience.

  - If uncollected parcels are still accumulating, our office will dispose of them regularly and we will not compensate for any loss.
