Dormitory

The following are the things for those who are not selected as the resident for the dormtiroy building. We deeply appreciate your interest in our dormitory and would like to convey our apologies for not being chosen.

Your name will be listed on the waiting list. If your name is listed on the waiting list, you cannot apply for the another building. The following is options you can choose:

Option 1. Keep your name on the waiting list.
If student who is selected as a resident cancel his/her reservation, you will be selected according to the sequence from the waiting list.

Option 2. Remove your name from the waiting list in order to apply for another dormitory building.

First you need to check the application period for the building you want to apply for.

When you apply for another building during the application period, the message of 입사 대기중입니다. 대기 취소 후 다시 신청하시겠습니까? (Transl. “Your name is on the waiting list. Do you want to remove your name from the waiting list to apply for another dormitory building?)  will appear on the system. Please see the attached screenshot of the message.

If you want to remove your name from the list, please click on “Confirmation”, after that you can apply for the another building.

1) HWAHONG HALL (2 PERSON BEDROOM): 23 Jul 2022 (Sat) ~ 26 Jul 2022 (Tue)

2) HWAHONG HALL (4 PERSON BEDROOM): 30 Jul 2022 (Sat) ~ 2 Aug 2022 (Tue)
