[Notice] KITCHEN AND GYM CLOSURE IN JULY AND AUG 2022

The date of kitchen closure is scheduled for major cleaning. You will not be able to use the kitchen during the date as follows:
1. DURATION:
25 July (Mon) ~ 26 July (Tue): Kitchen, Gym - Major cleaning for the
floors
24 August (Wed) ~ 27 August
(Sat): Kitchen - General
kitchen cleaning
2. DETAILS:
From 24 to 27
Aug 2022, you should not put any belongings in the kitchen including all the areas in the shelf and the space
under the sink, especially fridge.
You are required to throw or
consume all ingredients. And you can’t place any kitchenware in the kitchen these
days. Please vacate all spaces by 23 Aug 2022.
3. REASON WE ARE CLOSING THE
KITCHEN AS FOLLOWS:
1) To save some spaces for the
new incoming student.
We have received some feedback
from the new incoming students, they do not have any place to put the
ingredients in the fridge.
2)The students left their
ingredients and kitchen wares when they were leaving the dorm. For example,
because the previous resident did not throw the rice and it led to insects in
the rice.
We know that you may
experience inconvenience due to the kitchen closure, but hope you understand
that we have no choice but to close it for maintenance reasons.
Kindly follow the schedule, during
the above 4 days in Aug, all kitchenware and ingredients will be thrown away
without further notice and we do not compensate for the loss.
We appreciate your cooperation
in advance.
