Preliminary Announcement of Proposed Revision 

to the Dormitory Rules and Penalty Point System



In order to maintain orderly communal living among dormitory residents, we hereby provide a preliminary announcement of the proposed revision to the Dormitory Rules and Penalty Point System. The attached revised penalty point system will be implemented immediately upon finalization. We kindly ask all dormitory residents to take note of these revisions.

Accumulation of 30 demerit points or above: eviction (permanent ban on re-entry)

-Those evicted for violating dormitory rules cannot re-enter while still enrolled.

Demerit points are accumulated throughout the year and applied to the admission score of the following year's first semester as well as the current year's admission score.

Each violation is penalized with demerit points for each individual offense.

Monthly public notice of violations (names and room numbers kept confidential.
