REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION 

FOR SPRING SEMESTER 2023 (GOOGLE FORM)

All residents of the Ajou dormitory for the spring semester 2023, please submit the relevant documents via the link below.


1. TUBERCULOSIS TEST RESULT

1) Subject: Prospective residents who have not submitted TB test result to the dormitory officer OR who had submitted the TB test result more than 1 year ago from February 22nd 2023 (Move in date).

* If you had submitted the TB test result, you can check the date of TB test in Ajou portal.

2) Deadline of submission: February 22nd 2023 (Wed)


3) Others

- If you do not submit TB test result, you cannot move in, please do TB test in advance and submit to the dormitory coordinator accordingly.

- If you move in after February 22nd 2023, please submit TB test result before the date of your actual move in.

- Before you submit TB test result to embassy for the visa process, please keep duplicated copy which will not be reached to us automatically.

- The result sheet must show either normal or abnormal of TB in English or Korean.

- File name should be “TB_StudentIDnumber_name" or "“TB_Applicationnumber_name". (PDF file or JPG) 

e.g. TB_2023XXXXX_REBECCA or TB_21BXXXX_REBECCA

2. PCR, RAPID ANTIGEN TEST OR SELF TEST KIT

1) If you are a student who are coming from mainland China, you have to submit a rapid antigen test or PCR test result within 24 hours from your arrival to Korea. (for New & Current resident)

- RAT or PCR test must be taken from Korea airport or Public health center.

- If you are not able to get the COVID test result taken from Korea on the date of your move in, please find the hostel in advance. You cannot move in until you get the test result from public health center or Korea airport.


2) If you are a student who are coming from Macao or Hongkong, you have to submit. (for New & Current resident)


- Rapid antigen test result taken within 24 hours from your departure.

- PCR test result taken within 48 hours from your departure.


3) If you are (i) a new resident departing from other countries excluding mainland China, Macao, Hongkong Or (ii) a new resident who did not stay for winter semester 2022 in the dormitory continuously. (Who stayed in Korea and outside of the dormitory).


- You can submit PCR, RAT, Self test kit result but test must be conducted within 2 days from your actual move in day.

- If you have difficulties in conducting a PCR, rapid antigen test, you can test with the self test kit (Your name and test date must be written on the kit). Update the picture of test kit.


- If you do the test with self test kit, you should not send the result with blur red line. Ensure that your test kit shows strictly one line only. If you can see very thin 2nd line, please wait until you can get test result with strictly one line only. You need to write down your name and the date of the test on the test kit.

* Remember that you need to find the quarantine place by yourself and the cost is borne by you, if you are tested positive during your stay in the dormitory.




   

3. STATEMENT OF SUPERVISOR, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE for a graduate student who completed the course works

1) If there are no enough capacity in the dormitory, your application will not be approved even though you submit all required documents.

2) You need to combine two copies to One PDF file.
