1. ROOM ALLOCATION REQUEST FOR SPRING SEMESTER 2023

If you have any specific request regarding the room allocation, please answer the questions via the link below.

1) Room allocation request periods: 6 to 8 February 2023

3) Precaution:

-  It is not advisable for you to request to stay alone when you are applying for the 2bedroom or 4bedroom.

    2인실이나 4인실에 혼자 거주하고 싶다는 요청은 할 수 없습니다.

- Do not request us about your roommate's nationality.

   룸메이트의 국적을 요청하지 마세요.

 -  Due to some circumstances, your request may not be accepted.

   상황에 따라 귀하의 요청이 받아 들여지지 않을 수 있습니다.

- Any request before or after the room allocation request periods (6 to 8 Feb 2023) and requests sent by email will be ignored. 

   호실 요청 기간 이전이나 이후에 요청한 내용과 이메일로 요청한 사항은 받아들여지지 않습니다.

2. REGISTRATION (PAYMENT)

1) Registration periods (등록 기간): 13 February to 17 February 2023

2) Dormitory fee (기숙사비)

DORMITORY FEE FOR SPRING SEMESTER OF YEAR 2023

3) Route (신청 경로):

* For enrolled students (재학생):

Step 1. Access to Ajou portal https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr/main.do > Login > Change Language

Step 2. (New) Application Affairs Information (학사서비스)

Step 3. Application for Student living (학생생활신청)

Step 4. Dormitory Application (입사신청)

Step 5. Application Status > Print Bill (고지서 출력)

* For freshman and exchange students (신입생, 교환학생):

Log in at the online housing application system web page: https://edorm.ajou.ac.kr/edorm/index.jsp

After log in to the above website, please select the relevant option in blue box on center left of the homepage. And then, please go to “Application status > Print Bill”

(Access the website you used when you applied for the dormitory)

* Students who are attending Korean programs (국제교육센터):

Visit dormitory office from 13 Feb to 16 Feb 2023.

4) NOTE (주의사항):

(1) Your room number will be written on the bill. 

호실 번호는 기숙사비 청구서에 적혀있습니다.

(2) If you do not pay the dorm fee, your application will be cancelled without further notice. It is not applicable to the students with being granted of dormitory fee.

등록기간 안에 기숙사비를 납부하지 않을 경우, 별도의 통보없이 기숙사 선발이 취소됩니다. 장학생은 예외 사항입니다.

(3) You can print out the bill/invoice during the registration period ONLY from the Ajou portal and webpage you used during the application periods. Virtual account number will be given to each student. (Bank name: Kookmin bank / Swift code: CZNBKRSEXXX).

등록기간에 아주대 포털이나 기숙사 신청기간에 접속했던 사이트에서 청구서를 출력할 수 있습니다. 가상계좌번호를 각 학생들에게 부여될 것입니다. (은행명: 국민은행)

(4)You can transfer dorm fee from 01:00 am ~ 17:00 pm (Korean time) to the virtual account during the registration periods.

한국 시간으로 새벽 1시에서 오후 5시까지 가상계좌로 송금할 수 있습니다.

(5) When you try to print out the bill, the message regarding the submission of required documents will be popped up, it is just the reminder of document submission.

청구서를 출력할 때, 필수서류제출 관련 안내 메시지가 팝업될 것입니다. 팝업 메시지는 서류 제출에 대한 알림이니 “확인”을 누르시면 됩니다.

(6) Most of foreign students may remit the dormitory fee online. Due to the processing time, it may lead to the payment delay, we encourage you to make a payment in the beginning of the payment period.

대부분의 학생들이 온라인 송금을 할 것입니다. 온라인 송금 처리가 지연될 수 있으니 등록기간 초반에 송금을 하시기 바랍니다.

(7) When you transmit the dormitory fee by using a virtual account number, the dormitory fee you transmitted in foreign currency must be exactly same as the dormitory fee in KRW. If not, the payment will not be processed successfully.

가상계좌로 송금을 할 경우 송금하는 외화와 원화의 금액이 정확히 일치해야 송금을 할 수 있습니다.

(8) If the virtual account is not working, please access to the link below and follow the instructions mentioned in the link.

가상계좌 송금이 되지 않을 경우, 아래의 링크에 접속해 링크에 나와있는 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

(9) If you use the account number in the link above, please save the transaction record and attach it in the link above (8). 

위 링크에 나와있는 계좌번호로 송금을 할 경우, 거래내역을 저장하여 링크에 반드시 첨부해야 합니다.

(10) The date of remittance is very important, if you remit the dormitory fee during the registration period, we will consider that you made a payment within the payment period, even though the money reach to us after the payment period due to processing time.

등록기간 안에 송금했을 경우, 기숙사비가 등록기간 후에 도착했더라도 등록기간 안에 납부한 것으로 간주하겠습니다.

(11) If you do not use the virtual account number for the payment, you have to write your “ROOM NUMBER + NAME” in the remark so that we can recognize your payment.

가상계좌가 아닌, 위 링크에 적힌 계좌번호를 사용할 경우 비고란에 “호실명+성명”을 적어야 합니다.

(12) During the remittance from overseas countries, there will be difference of amount, you need to pay outstanding balance by 28^th February.

해외송금을 할 경우 기숙사비 차액이 발생될 수 있습니다. 기숙사비 차액은 2월 28일까지 지불해야 합니다.

(13) Before making the payment, please double check whether you are going to stay in the Ajou dormitory. We do not give a refund to the bank account overseas.

해외 계좌로는 환불을 하지 않기 때문에, 기숙사에 확실히 거주할 경우 송금을 진행하시기 바랍니다.
