Application for WINTER vacation in 2019

We welcome your application for the dormitory at Ajou University during the

winter vacation of 2019. If you want to stay in the dormitory during vacation

you have to apply from Nov.18th to Nov. 22nd 2019.

* We are planning winter cleaning for all dormitory rooms during Feb. 17th ~23rd 2020

So you should keep the move out date on Feb.16th 2020!!

1. Winter vacation Period:

2019.12.29. (Move in) to 2020.02.16. (Move Out)

2. Available dormitory building

Hwahong 1F, 2F (5201~5221), 3F (5301~5321)

NID 2F, 7F

3. Application Period: apply from Nov. 18th to Nov. 22nd 2019

4. Registration Period (Payment):

2019.12.02. (Mon) to 2019.12.04 (Wed) Standard Chartered Bank

5. How to apply

On the school's website, AIMS II Portal

6. Dormitory Fee (Won)

NID -720,000 won / Hwahong – 545,000 won (2bed), 415,000 won (4bed)

All those who violate the operation rules of the Dormitory must be dismissed.
