Dear Students

Apply and register additional application for the summer vacation 2018. Who do not apply yet  for summer vacation, pls find details below and make proceed it accordingly. Also if you did not pay for dormitory fee yet, pls make payment

during  2018.06.30. (Sat) ~ 2018.08.18. (Sat)

1. Application period: 2018.05.31.  ~ 2018.06.06.
2. Additional application method
▶ Ajou website > Notice board: www.ajou.ac.kr/english or http://edorm.ajou.ac.kr
3. Available Floor
▶ Hwahong 1,2,3 floor & NID 2,3,7,8 Floor

▶ The rooms can be changed according to special dormitory opening during winter vacation

▶ We inform you that you may be assigned with Korean students who apply to NID.
4. Registration Period and Payment Method
▶ Registration period:  2018.06.11. (Mon) ~ 2018.06.12. (Tue)
▶ The virtual account number will be opend and inform you after room arrangement .(Standard Chatered bank)  * virtual account is only possible during bank business hours (09:30 to 16:30).

5. Dormitory fees
▶ Hwahong Hall (545,000 won -2 beds /415,000 won-4 beds)

▶ NID (720,000 won- 2beds)
6. Others

▶If you want to cancel your registration, you will be refunded 100% of the dormitory fee if you

cancel until 29,June.
▶Students who have passed TB test (one year valid) must submit their physical examination to the dormitory Office before entering

▶ Violators of dormitory regulations must leave.
