[Notice] Required documents for the VISA EXTENSION

Before your visa expires, you should apply for the Visa Extension.
GSIS office will help you to submit the documents to the immigration office.
For the process, you should prepare the documents below and submit it to the GSIS office on the fixed date.
(Date and Time will be announced by the email every time)
* You cannot get the forms from the GSIS office. So please download the files and print out by yourselves.
[Required documents for the VISA EXTENSION]
1. Application Form
- No photo needed.
- Address must be written in Korean, so if you have trouble with it, leave the blank.
2. Copy of the passport
3. Certificate of Enrollment
- You can print it out through the kiosk at student union building 2.
- You can print it our through the portal.
- It has to be written "재학증명서" in Korean. If it's not, please print out the english version.
4. Transcript
- You can print it out through the kiosk at student union building 2.
- You can print it our through the portal.
5. Certificate of Tuiton Payment
- You can print it out through the kiosk at student union building 2.
- You can print it our through the portal.
* This document can be issued only after you pay your tuition fee and it takes one business day to print out.
6. Confirmation Letter (regarding Expenses)
- Fill in the lower side.
7. Copy of the House Contract
*If the contract is not under your name, you need to submit extra documents.
7-1) A copy of the ARC, both front and back, of the person who signed the contract. And you should have the person who signed the contract fill in and sign the 'Confirmation of Residence'.
*If you live in Goshiwon, you need to bring the following addtitional documents.
7-2) Goshiwon Contract, Certificate of Business Registration, Confrmation of Residence
*If you live in Ajou dormitory, you need to print out
7-3) Dormitory Certificate of Residence (from Ajou Portal) instead of a House Contract
8. Your ARC (Original)
9. Extension Fee : 60,000won (Cash Only)
