[Notice] Supplementary Document for Financial Certificate when applying for visa extensioin

The immigration office has infromed that you need to submit the confirmation letter(attachment 1) when applying for visa extension(D-2, D-4, F-3) in regard of financial certificate (bank statement).
You need to write your name on the blank next to the confirmer and sign on the blank next to the signature and write your date of birth on the blank next to the birthdate.
And please leave the "담당자" box blank as it is for the immigration offficers.
This confirmation letter is for you to acknolwedge that you will not withdraw from the bank account after submitting the bank statement with the amount required for extending visa.
