<Room Selection Guide>

호실선택 가이드

- Room Selection Date: 22nd July, 10 AM to 5 PM  

- 호실선택 날짜: 7월22일 오전10시~오후5시

If a student who resided in the dormitory during the summer semester wishes to continue staying in the same building and room type for the fall semester, they will already be assigned to the same room. 여름학기에 기숙사에서 거주하였던 학생이 가을학기에도 같은 건물과 같은 타입을 신청했다면 같은 방으로 이미 배정되어 있습니다.

However, in the following cases: 아래와 같은 경우는 호실을 선택해주세요

1. The student wants to move to a different room for the summer semester, 가을학기에 다른 방으로 옮기고 싶은 학생 

2. The student did not apply for the same building and room type, 같은 건물과 같은 타입을 신청하지 않은 학생

3. The student did not live in the dormitory during the spring semester and is moving in for the summer semester. 가을학기에 새로 입사하는 학생

In such cases, the student needs to participate in room selection on the page where you apploed for the dormitory(Ajou Portal or dormitoy website) from 22nd July, 10 AM to 5 PM. Room selection will be based on the availability of remaining seats, so the sooner the student applies, the better chance they have of selecting their desired room. If you do not participate in room selection on June 10th, you will be randomly assigned a room. 

위 경우의 학생이라면 7월22일 아침10시부터 5시까지 기숙사를 신청한 페이지(아주포탈 혹은 기숙사홈페이지)에서 직접 호실 선택을 해야합니다. 남아있는 방에 한해서 방 선택을 할 수 있으므로 빠르게 신청할수록 원하는 방을 선택할 수 있습니다. 7월22일에 호실선택을 하지않으면 임의배정됩니다.

1. For enrolled students (재학생): 

Step 1. Access to Ajou portal https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr/main.do > Login > Change Language

Step 2. (New) Application Affairs Information (학사서비스)

Step 3. Application for Student living (학생생활신청)

Step 4. Dormitory Application (입사신청)

Step 5. Room selection (호실선택)

2. For freshman and exchange students (신입생, 교환학생): 

Log in at the online housing application system web page: https://ajou.ac.kr/edorm/index.do 

After log in to the above website, please select the relevant option in blue box on center left of the homepage. And then, please go to “Application status > Room selection ”

(Access the website you used when you applied for the dormitory)
