[2024 SUMMER SEM.]  DORMITORY REGISTRATION (PAYMENT)

DORMITORY FEE FOR SUMMER SEMESTER OF YEAR 2024

2024학년도 여름방학 기숙사비

You can transfer the dorm fee from 01:00am ~ 17:00pm (Korean time,Except holidays(Sat.,Sun.) ) to the virtual account during the registration periods.  기숙사비납부기간동안 주말을 제외하고 오전1시부터 오후5시까지 가상계좌로 납부할 수 있습니다.

If you fail to pay the bill during the registration periods, your application may be cancelled without further notice. Your room number is written on your bill/invoice. 등록기간에 기숙사비를 납부하지 않으면 통보없이 기숙사 신청이 취소됩니다. 방번호는 고지서에 명시되어있습니다.

고지서 출력방법

To print out the invoice, go to “Ajou Portal”, further details, please see the route below.

   Route:

    Step 1. Access to Ajou portal https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr/main.do > Login > Change Language

    Step 2. (New) Application Affairs Information (학사서비스)

    Step 3. Application for Student living (학생생활신청)

    Step 4. Dormitory Application (입사신청)

    Step 5. Application Status > Print Bill (고지서 출력)

* Students who are attending Korean programs (국제교육센터):

  For CIE Students for Korean Programs in Ajou university 국제교육센터 어학과정 학생

   Please visit the CIE office ( located at #101 Campus Plaza) 국제교육센터(캠퍼스프라자 101호) 사무실로 방문

4) NOTE (주의사항):

(1) If the virtual account is not working, please send me e-mail. (leehy2149@ajou.ac.kr)

만약에 가상계좌로 송금이 되지 않을 경우, 메일 보내주세요(leehy2149@ajou.ac.kr)

(2) Don't transfer dormitory fee from abroad.

When making international transfers, there may be fees and exchange rate fluctuations, resulting in an inaccurate amount being deposited.

해외에서 송금하지 마세요. 해외송금시, 수수료와 환율변동으로 정확한 금액이 입금되지 않습니다.

(3) Before making the payment, please double check whether you are going to stay in the Ajou dormitory. We do not give a refund to the bank account overseas.

해외 계좌로는 환불을 하지 않기 때문에, 기숙사에 확실히 거주할 경우 송금을 진행하시기 바랍니다.
