DORMITORY ROOM INSPECTION
Room inspection, which was suspended due to COVID 19, is scheduled as follows. Please understand and cooperate for the sake of tidiness and fire safety.
1. KEY ITEMS FOR INSPECTION
1) Room tidiness and equipment check
2) Electric appliance and inflammable materials
3) Inconvenience for safety
4) Abiding in rules & regulations of residents
2. DATE: From September 26th 2022
* Daily 10 rooms will be inspected, even when the residents are not present.
* Detailed schedule will be posted on each dormitory's notice board.
3. DETAILS REGARDING ELECTRIC APPLIANCES

* Penalty points will be imposed for bringing it in even if you've never used the appliances. If you have already brought it in, please remove it before the room inspection.
* Even if your item is allowed by rules, it can cause space and noise problems. Please discuss how to get consents from your roommates.
Please cooperate for a pleasant dormitory and penalty points will be imposed according to rules when you do not observe.
