Application for WINTER vacation in 2018

We welcome your application for the dormitory at Ajou University during the 

winter vacation of 2018. If you want to stay in the dormitory during vacation

you have to apply from 12 .Nov to 16. Nov

* We are planning winter cleaning for all dormitory rooms during 18~24. Feb,

So you should keep the move out date on 17.Feb.2019!!

1.  Winter vacation Period:

2019.01.01. (Move in) to 2019.02.17. (Move Out)

2. Available dormitory building

Hwahong 1F, 2F (5201~5221), 3F (5301~5321)

NID 2F, 7F

3. Application Period: apply from 12 .Nov to 16. Nov

4. Registration Period (Payment):

2018.11.26. (Mon) to 2018.11.28 (Wed) Standard Chartered Bank

5. How to apply

On the school's website, AIMS II Portal

6. Dormitory Fee (Won)

NID -720,000 won /  Hwahong – 545,000 won (2bed), 415,000 won (4bed)

All those who violate the operation rules of the Dormitory must be dismissed.
