Dear Students

Apply and register additional application for the winter vacation 2017. Students want to receive further acceptance must apply for further application and registration as below given details.

1. Application period: 2017.11.30.  ~ 2017.12.03.
2. Additional application method
▶ Ajou website > Notice board: www.ajou.ac.kr/english or http://edorm.ajou.ac.kr
3. Available Floor
▶ Hwahong 1,2,3 floor & NID 2,3,4,7,8 Floor

▶ The rooms can be changed according to special dormitory opening during winter vacation

▶ We inform you that you may be assigned with Korean students who apply to NID.
4. Registration Period and Payment Method
▶ Registration period:  2017.12.11. (Mon) ~ 12.12. (Tue)
▶ The account number will inform you after room arrangement (Standard Chatered bank)

5. Dormitory fees
▶ Hwahong Hall (525,000 won -2 beds /400,000 won-4 beds)

▶ NID (695,000 won- 2beds)
6. Others

▶If you want to cancel your registration, you will be refunded 100% of the dormitory fee if you

cancel until 29,Dec for newly enter student & students who stay continuously from 2nd semaster should

cancel until 22, Dec.
▶Students who have passed TB test (one year valid) must submit their physical examination to the dormitory Office before entering

▶ Violators of dormitory regulations must leave.
