[대면실험 수요 조사]

코비드19 사태로 인해 불가피하게  2020년 1학기 실험과목(분리분석실험/분자생물학실험, 화학반응공실험/세포공학실험)이 온라인 동영상강의로 진행되었습니다. 이에, 학과에서는 2020년 1학기 실험수업을 수강한 학생 중 신청자에 한하여 여름방학 기간 중에 대면실험기회를 제공하고자 합니다. 참여를 희망하는 학생은 구지현 조교(rnwlgus93@ajou.ac.kr)에게 신청 이메일(실험명/이름/학번)을 6월 26일 오후 3시까지 회신하기 바랍니다. 신청자 숫자 및 코로나 감염상황에 따라 진행여부와 진행내용은 변경될 가능성이 있음을 미리 알려드립니다. 대면실험에 대해서 학점은 부여되지 않고 2020년 1학기에 수강한 실험과목 학점에도 영향을 주지 않습니다.

현재 계획하고 있는 각 실험명과 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

1. 실험명 및 내용

1) 분리분석실험

- Analysis of Hydrogen Peroxide A Redox Titration

- Purification Methods by Recrystallization

- Purification Methods by Distillation

- Colligative Properties: Freezing-Point Depression and Molar Mass

2) 분자생물학실험

- Bacterial cell culture 
- PCR, Restriction enzyme digestion, and Agarose gel electrophoresis 
- DNA ligation and transformation 
- Purification of plasmid from bacterial cell and Mammalian cell transfection 

3) 화학반응공정실험

- Synthesis of the core of next-generation display material Alq3

- Fabrication of nano-structured materials using sol-gel method

- The effect of temperature on reaction rate

- Determination of Equilibrium. Adsorption of an Organic Acid by Activated Carbon in Aqueous Medium.

4) 세포공학실험

- Size Exclusion Column Chromatography 
- ELISA assay
- FACS analysis 
- Fabrication of enzymatic biosensor employing SAM % LBL Method 

2. 예상실습 시기

: 8월 셋째주 - 8월 넷째주 (8월 17일 – 8월 28일) 시간은 신청인원에 따라 결정될 계획임.
